The Accommodation is located near parks and has all facilities (bus station, restaurants, bars, place for breakfast, supermarket, etc.) only a few meters away. The accomodation and bathroom is completely new, tidy, luxury, comfortable and fully equipped. You can also relax in the garden or terrace. The area is quiet but you are right in the center in only 20 minutes. My accommodation is ideal for business travelers, couples and adventurers.

In this very new house, you'll have the chill & privacy you're looking for in a complete new room and bathroom. This private room has a comfortable bed, TV with cable, lots of space for your personal things, key for your room and all the basics you need like hair dryer, bedlinen, towels etc. The room and bathroom is very tidy and luminous. The bath has a comfortable big shower, toilet, sink. An additional Suite is available if needed. You have high speed Internet everywhere. You can hang out in the living room, garden and enjoy the terrace whith a pleasant light for reading or resting. If you're driving, there's a secure parking space in the house The walking distance to everything makes this a great location! It is 500 meters to the Refugio Mall which has everything you need for the day: Tacos, breakfasts, bakery, ice cream, supermarkets, real estate agency, stationery, barber shop, vet, etc. At 900 meters there is a farmacy, bus stop, atm, supermarkets, pizzeria, yoga, fruit, etc. There are 7 parks with wooden tables, basketball courts, cyclopista, games for children and areas. The nearest park is right in front of the house. Perfect for couples who want to discover the center but also the outskirts of Queretaro and the lovely colonial cities nearby. Perfect also for business trips because of its easy access and great commodity.

I am usually out of the house (at work...). I can arrange everything for your stay with or without me being here, so you don't have to worry about it =) I like meeting new people and will help whenever you need anything. I will be happy to give you advises about what to visit and how to move best.

The house is located northeast of Queretaro. It is at the foot of a fast lane of 6 lanes that connect you with the center and the northern part of the city (Juriquilla), which makes quick access to everything. El Refugio has modern architecture and is very safe. It is 500 meters to the Refugio Mall which has everything you need for the day: Tacos, breakfasts, bakery, ice cream, super, real estate agency, stationery, barber shop, vet, etc. At 900 meters there is a bus stop, atm, supermarkets, pizzeria, yoga, fruit, etc. There are 7 parks with wooden tables, basketball courts, cycle path, games for children and areas. The nearest park is right in front of the house. At 10 minutes by car there are more malls with more shops, restaurants, cinema etc. One of these is the Plaza del Parque. We're conveniently close to the airport (~30min drive) with no traffic since you'll be in the northern part of the city. If you're driving, you are in the center in less than 20 minutes and it’s always straight down the road. If you are without car, Uber is available as well as taxis and many bus routes. This place is perfect for visiting the lovely center of Queretaro (20min away) and making one day trips to the surroundings. It’s perfect for visiting the wonderful colonial cities (1h to Tequisquiapan, 1h to San Miguel de Allende, 2h to Guanajuato), walking or biking in the wonderful mexican landscapes as well as tasting the local cheese and wine (1,5h to Huigueras, 1h to Pena de Bernal, 1h to the Cava Freixenet).

For moving inside the city, the bus stop is 900 meters from the house. But even easier is a taxi or Uber which works very well. The city center is 20 minutes away. We're conveniently close to the airport and Central Bus station (~20min drive) with no traffic since you'll be in the northern part of the city. The bus net which has busses going to all important cities in México is extremly well organised. Busses are very punctual, clean and secure. It does not cost much to rent a car in Querétaro to drive around.
