RÉCAMARA CON VISTA PRECIOSA Y MUCHA LUZ
La Condesa, CDMX.
Es una recámara amoblada, cama QUEEN ; tiene una gran vista al este, se ve el amanecer y las montañas; recibe mucha luz, el baño con ducha se comparte con una chica muy linda y limpia de Francia.
El depa es muy amplio, 180mts. En la estancia y el comedor hay muchas plantas y tenemos un balcón, es un área muy agradable para relajarte, leer o disfrutar de la vista. Se alcanzan a ver las montañas y los volcanes en el horizonte.
El departamento lo limpian una vez a la semana, ya esta incluido en tu pago :)
La cocina esta completamente equipada y tenemos filtro de agua. También hay cuarto de lavado que es de mucha ayuda, lavadora y lavadero y espacio para tender la ropa.
Hay un medio baño en la parte de atrás de uso común. Cuarto de TV con sillón reclinable súper cómodo y contamos con Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc...
El edificio cuenta con elevador, se revisó después del temblor y está todo en orden, el edificio tiene gatos hidráulicos.
La ubicación, es ideal; está a unas cuadras de insurgentes, el metro Chilpancingo esta a 5 min a pie, metrobus Chilpancingo y Campeche. Esta cerca de Ámsterdam y parque México.
Cafés, restaurantes y bares a la mano. Es una zona genial para caminar.
El precio incluye:
- Agua, luz, gas, internet, limpieza semanal, productos de limpieza y de cocina.
El departamento se comparte con una persona más y conmigo, osea somos 3 en total contigo. Hay una gatita blanca en casa que se porta muy bien.

BEDROOM WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND TONS OF NATURAL LIGHT
La Condesa, CDMX.
It is a furnished bedroom, QUEEN bed; It has a great view to the east, you can see the sunrise great view. A full bathroom will be shared with a very sweet and clean french girl.
The apartment is very spacious, 180mts. In the room and the dining room, there are many plants and there's a balcony, it is a very pleasant area to relax, read or enjoy the view. You can see the mountains and volcanoes on the horizon.
The apartment is cleaned once a week, it is already included in your payment :)
The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a water filter. There is also a washing area that is very helpful, washing machine and space to hang clothes.
There is also a half bathroom on the back. TV room with a recliner sofa, access to Netflix, HBO, prime, etc...
The building has elevator, it was checked after the earthquake and everything is in order, the building has hydraulic jacks.
The location is ideal. It is a few blocks from insurgents, Chilpancingo metro is 5 min walk, Metrobus Chilpancingo and Campeche. It is close to Amsterdam and Parque Mexico.
Cafes, restaurants and bars close. It is a great area to walk.
The price includes:
- Water, electricity, gas, internet, weekly cleaning, cleaning and kitchen products.
The department is shared with one more person and with me, would be 3 in total with you and a white, little, well behaved kitty.
