La habitación es enorme, le entra mucha luz, tiene terraza muy amplia, baño y closet (no se renta con muebles), es un departamento de 3 recamaras, 3 baños. Tiene lavadora, secadora, microondas, refri, lavavajillas y servicios incluidos..agua, gas y luz.
El edificio tiene rooftop, coworking incluidos
(Gym y estacionamiento con costo aparte)

Is in a big furnished apartment with private terrace, laundry center, fridge, oven, microwave and all the utilities - water, gas, light, cable and wifi-
The building has coworking space, coffee shop, rooftop (also gym and parking paying directly to them these last two).
The apartment is located in the ''Condesa Sur'' building, is a great community, been living here for almost two years and I'm super happy. I go almost everywhere in ecobici (we are at 10 minutes in bike from Parque Mexico)
