1 habitación de un departamento ubicado, está amueblado y tiene 80 m2 totales, con mucha luz todo el día, bien ventilado, 2 baños, cocina equipada, vigilancia las 24 hrs. La recámara del(a) invitado(a) cuenta con clóset.
Está cerca del Centro Comercial Antara y Plaza Carso. Incluye mantenimiento, TV por cable, gas, agua, luz, internet, Tv por cable, gimnasio, canchas (pádel y usos múltiples), asador, cafetería, tienda, salón de usos múltiples.
Está ubicado cerca del metro San Joaquín y del Metro Polanco, en una zona de constante desarrollo inmobiliario.
Soy una persona tranquila y respetuosa, me agrada la limpieza (sobre todo en la cocina), y la puntualidad en los pagos. SE RENTA SÓLO A UNA PERSONA. Déjame tu teléfono o e-mail para contactarte y hacer una cita. :)
Vivo en otra parte de la república, pero de vez en cuando llego al departamento cuando necesito ir a Cd. de México. La mayor parte del tiempo el departamento estará disponible solo para la persona que renta la habitación.

"Polanco" subway station will connect you to the largest city in Latin America so you will be able to reach any cultural/sport event you want to reach. "Auditorio" subway station is right in front of the National Auditorium, if you have your tickets for the concert.
Oh, I suppose you won't miss our downtown (Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace, Fine Arts Museum for classical music, San Ildefonso Museum, Major Temple Museum and many many mnore museums. How to get there? EASY. If you are at Reforma Av. (Chapultepec), a public bus wil ltake you there. The Turibus (Auditorio Nacional) is another good option for tourists because it takes tourists to downtown-Coyoacán-Condesa with a full explanation of historical facts.
